Physical Screening Test (PST)
• Male Candidates: 2.5 km race in 12 minutes
• Female Candidates: 1.0 km race in 6 minutes
• Ex-Servicemen: 1.0 km race in 5 minutes
👉 Note: PMT & PST are qualifying in nature. Candidates must pass both to move to the next stage.
